As a UK trained and qualified Secondary School English Teacher with over five years of classroom experience, I specialise in GCSE and IGCSE English Language and Literature. I’ve taught at Dixons, one of the UK’s leading multi academy trusts renowned for its outstanding academic performance and commitment to excellence in teaching.
 
With more than a decade of one-to-one tutoring experience, I have helped countless students build confidence, master exam techniques, and achieve top grades. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs ensuring that every student is fully prepared to excel in their exams.
 
I hold a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and am passionate about inspiring students to reach their full potential through high quality, enjoyable, and results driven teaching.

Arif holds a BSc and an MBA from LUMS, graduating in 1998 and 2000 respectively. As Managing Partner at SmartPrep, he brings over two decades of experience to the classroom. Known for his engaging verbal classes and clear communication style, Arif has helped hundreds of students find confidence in reading and writing. His sessions are equal parts fun and focused — a reflection of his patient nature and entrepreneurial spirit.

Omar earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from LUMS and has been part of the SmartPrep team since 2017. With over eight years of experience, he’s guided countless students through the math sections of the SAT and GRE — making formulas feel less intimidating and logic more intuitive. His teaching style is marked by patience and enthusiasm, helping even the most anxious test-taker feel at ease.
